Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our Suppliers, Life of Enchantment shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price or description. Life of Enchantment shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Life of Enchantment shall immediately issue a credit for the amount of the charge. Prices in our Store will always be the most current and will be the determining price for items.
Delivery and Order Acceptance Policy - Price and Availability is Subject to Change Without Notice.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, not does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at Life of Enchantment reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Life of Enchantment reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to change the price as stated by the policy. Prices Subject to Change Without Notice.
Delivery of your order will be made to the address you specify on the order page and delivery will normally be made to you within 7 working days.
Please note that some larger items are not held in stock and this will be clearly stated within the product description for that item. Where applicable, we will contact you personally following receipt of your order to advise when you can expect delivery.
We will make every effort to ensure your order is despatched to you within 30 days, however we shall not be liable for any delay or loss arising from circumstances beyond our direct control.
Should you subsequently wish to cancel your order, we will refund the payment you made for the item/s being cancelled within one working day.
We cannot guarantee nor make any claims for the magical or esoteric qualities for all of our products and our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total amount charged for the items in question.

If you wish to return items to us within 7 days of delivery to you, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.
You may not cancel or return goods after the 7 day period following the date of delivery to you has lapsed.
