All prices shown in the Store are the prices you pay within the mainland United Kingdom. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any country outside the mainland United Kingdom.
Shipping
Delivery charges for your order will be shown clearly on the final order screen before you approve it.
Our UK shipping rates are as follows:
Up to £5 = £1.50
Up to £10 = £2.95
Up to £20 = £3.95
Up to £30 = £4.50
Up to £40 = £5.50
Up to £49 = £6.50
£50 and over = £7.95
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, we will contact you when we receive your order to advise of any additional shipping charges. Please note that we do not offer delivery to the United States or Canada.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
To comply with the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000, Life of Enchantment will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of the date of delivery to you. If you wish to return items to us, you must call us on 07867 505781 or email us at customerservices@lifeofenchantment.co.uk so that we can agree the return of the items with you. If your payment was originally made through PayPal, then a credit will be issued through PayPal to your credit or debit card, or a cheque if this was the original method of payment. For unwanted merchandise being returned under this arrangement the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
When returning goods to us, we recommend that you select a method of return that provides you with the ability to track your return and that you insure the goods to their full value. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the goods whilst they are in the process of being returned to us and we regret that we are unable to take responsibility for this process.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
You may not return goods to us under this Policy if you request a return over the 7 day period as described above.
Damaged Merchandise
Life of Enchantment will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in a damaged condition. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
